Shipping policy

Items will be sent out for shipping as soon as possible and we aim to get your item shipped within 3 days of receiving an order.
Some items are made to order, so please allow up to three weeks for shipping of these orders.
All items are mailed out using a tracked delivery service., Tracking codes will be sent to you and you are welcome to track the item once a confirmation has been emailed to you.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the item and location. Free shipping is available for large orders - these are also dependent on location so please make a note of your location-specific free delivery at checkout.
